Annual Compliance Reporting Period Now Open
The TABC Compliance Reporting period is now open. Businesses have until Dec. 1 to submit their annual inspection through our convenient TABC: Compliance Reporting mobile app.
By using the app to ensure compliance with state law, you’ll spend less time meeting regulatory requirements while improving public safety across Texas.
TABC changed the reporting process in 2019 so that businesses could conduct a quick and easy inspection from their smartphones or other mobile device instead of on-site with a TABC auditor.
Licenses and Permits Affected
B, BA, BB, BC, BE, BF, BG, BQ, D, G, MB, N, NB, NE, P, Q, RM, W and X.
First-Time Users
If this is your first year completing compliance reporting, you will receive an email or letter from TABC containing a registration link for the app. If you have not received a link by Nov. 1, fill out the Compliance Reporting Help Form.
Returning Users

If you don’t have your login information or have issues getting into your account, fill out the Compliance Reporting Help Form.
Remember:
- Before your business can download and use the app, you must designate one person as the primary administrator for compliance reporting responsibilities.
- The administrator must access the registration link provided by TABC by email or mail and complete the online registration process.
- After successfully registering, the administrator can download the TABC: Compliance Reporting app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
