PortPass
Texas PortPass will be discontinued on Aug. 11, 2026.
PortPass allows travelers entering the Galveston Seaport terminals to pay their fees for importing alcohol and cigarettes into Texas online. This service is provided through TABC's Alcohol Industry Management System (AIMS).
In PortPass, you'll enter your contact information and the items you're bringing into Texas and make payment by credit or debit card.
