• Item 1: New draft rule for operating agreements between distillers and nonresident sellers.
• Item 2: Revisions to the Rule Definitions to incorporate the definition for distilled spirits in section 1.04(3) of the Alcoholic Beverage Code. New draft rules to allow the container sizes and standards of fill authorized by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB).
• Item 3: Revisions to increase the annual compliance reporting period from 90 to 180 days.
• Item 4: Amendments to Marketing Practices Advisory 019: Private Club Advertisement to rename it "Authorized Advertising for Private Clubs" and to clarify outdoor advertising practices by holders of a private club permit.
