Commission Meetings

TABC’s regular commission meetings happen every other month. Normally you can either attend these meetings by webcast or at our Austin headquarters. But due to public health precautions, TABC is currently hosting meetings virtually. Citizens can address the commission during a time set aside for public comment.

Public Comment

You can register for public comment by visiting this page between 9 a.m. and noon on Monday, Sept. 21. Register by completing the online form below during those times.

After registration, you will receive an email with further instructions. TABC will make every effort to include all public comments. Comments will also be limited to two minutes and must relate to an agenda item.

Stakeholder Meetings

A stakeholder meeting lets the public give input to agency staff on planned activities, including rulemaking and marketing practices advisories.

Public Hearings

Our staff hold public hearings to receive comments from the public on proposed rules that have been published in the Texas Register before the commissioners decide whether to adopt them.
