TABC Compliance Reporting Starts Soon

Starting Sept. 15, businesses can begin conducting their annual compliance reports for their licensed and permitted locations in Texas through TABC’s Compliance Reporting mobile app. Businesses will have until Dec. 1 to complete their compliance reporting.

• Make sure your signs are up to date: Visit the TABC Sign Requirements page to make sure you have the correct signs posted at your business. By checking in advance, you can save yourself time and hassle.
• Returning Users: Find your login information. On Sept. 15, you’ll be able to update your account information or start completing your annual compliance report.
• New Users: Keep an eye out for an email or letter with instructions on how to sign up and use the TABC: Compliance Reporting app.
