Julie Ross

Julie Ross has served Texans for three decades in TABC’s Licensing Division. Before becoming director, she served as the division's deputy director of resource and planning.

Ross has extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, and her career at TABC has allowed her to interact with elected officials and stakeholders on a wide array of topics. She has also been instrumental in licensing technology transformation, development of policies and procedures, and numerous other projects.
