Advertising Specialties Limit Orders

Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code Section 102.07(b) and TABC Rule 45.117(c)(2) authorize the TABC executive director to increase or decrease the total amount of advertising specialties allowed to be furnished to retailers once a year. Annual Production Limit Orders

Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code Sec. 62.122(f) requires TABC each year to adjust the annual barrel production limit that determines whether certain Brewer’s License (BW) holders may conduct on-premises sales of their malt beverages to consumers.
