2023 Delinquent List Schedule Published

TABC has posted the publication and effective dates of the Credit Law Delinquent List through January 2024.

The new schedule includes a change for List 1860. Delinquent List 1860 will now be published on Jan. 4, 2023, due to an agency holiday on Jan. 2.

Delinquent List 1860

• Delivery period: Dec. 1–15
• Payment date: Dec. 25, 2022
• Reporting date: Dec. 29, 2022
• Publication and effective date: Jan. 4, 2023
