Updated TABC Advisories and Bulletins

As part of an effort to review and update the agency’s Marketing Practices Advisories and Licensing Bulletins, the agency has made some important updates.

They’ve moved from the News section of our website to our Advisories and Bulletins page.

TABC has repealed 12 advisories because they were replaced with updated guidance or found to be out-of-date because of legislative changes. Read about which advisories were repealed and why.

Advisories that are no longer effective are marked as “repealed” on the new Advisories and Bulletins page.
