Join TABC staff virtually to discuss a draft rule for publication during a Stakeholder Meeting on Feb. 5, 2026, 10-11 a.m. Central time. This meeting will be held by Zoom only.
Meeting agenda
- Item 1. Revisions to Rule 41.12 Compliance Reporting by License and Permit Holders.
- Amend rule to no longer require that licensees and permittees be given the opportunity to request a hearing prior to the issuance of a warning letter for failure to file a mandated compliance report.
It is TABC's intent to place this draft rule on the agency’s March commission meeting agenda so TABC's commissioners can vote to formally propose the rule and publish it in the Texas Register for public comment. After the rule is published in the Register and a 30-day formal comment period has lapsed, TABC's commissioners may vote on adopting the proposed rule at a subsequent commission meeting.
