Report a Successor in Interest

This page will contain guidance for how to report a successor in interest in the Alcohol Industry Management System (AIMS).

This process allows a person or business entity to report a change in ownership so that they can operate the business during the unexpired portion of the license or permit. The change could be reported due to a dissolution of the business partnership, bankruptcy, receivership, or the death of the license holder.
