Hasan K. Mack

Hasan K. Mack ("Mack") is a partner with McCall, Parkhurst & Horton LLP, where he serves as bond counsel for numerous state agencies and political subdivisions. He most recently served as Chairman of the Texas Southern University Board of Regents. He has also served on the Texas Bond Review Board and as deputy general counsel and director of Intergovernmental Relations for the Office of the Lieutenant Governor. He received his bachelor's degree from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston and a Juris Doctorate from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.

Commissioner Mack was appointed by Gov. Greg Abbott in March 2020 with a term set to expire on Nov. 15, 2025.
