Jay Koltermann

Jay Koltermann serves as the chief financial officer for the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, bringing more than two decades of dedicated service to the State of Texas and a wealth of experience in public sector financial management and administrative leadership. Prior to his appointment as CFO, Jay served for three years as TABC’s deputy chief financial officer.  

Koltermann spent the previous 17 years with the Office of the Attorney General, serving in several critical roles, including seven years as the deputy director of the Accounting Division. He holds both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in public administration from Texas State University.
