TABC Delinquent List
TABC keeps a list of retailers who have not paid for distilled spirits, wine or malt liquor they purchased on credit by the state’s payment deadlines. No sales or deliveries can be made to retailers on the delinquent list on or after the list’s effective date.
The list is published and effective at 12:01 a.m. on the fifth business day after the reporting date. If the publication date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a state or federal holiday, we’ll publish it the next regular business day.

Old File Type
TABC has previously sent .txt format data by email (linked below). We will support this .txt file until July 19 by posting it below. This means the list below (#1824) is the last list offered in the old format. You must use the links above to access delinquent list information starting with list #1825. Right-click the link below to save the data in the old format.
Wholesalers must receive all payments from retailers before 12:01 a.m. on the fifth business day after the 10th or 25th of each month to avoid getting on the delinquent list.
Any order received for delivery, will call, salesperson pickup or hot shot before the list’s publish date can be delivered by the wholesaler or local distributor on the day of publication. These orders must be invoiced and billed before the publish time of 12:01 a.m. and must be delivered by 1 p.m. on the publish date.

When a retailer officially files for bankruptcy, they are protected by the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. This means even though they are on the delinquent list, they can still purchase alcohol. But nobody is required to sell alcohol to the retailer.
If you’re a retailer, you must inform the TABC Legal Division immediately after you file for bankruptcy and when you are no longer under bankruptcy protection. Call the division at 512-206-3490.
