The meeting will be held only on Zoom.
Join TABC staff by videoconference to discuss a draft rule the agency intends to propose for publication.
- Item 1. Revisions to Rule 41.12 Compliance Reporting by License and Permit Holders.
- Amend rule to no longer require that licensees and permittees be given the opportunity to request a hearing prior to the issuance of a warning letter for failure to file a mandated compliance report.
It is TABC's intent to place this draft rule on the agency’s March commission meeting agenda so TABC's commissioners can vote to formally propose the rule and publish it in the Texas Register for public comment.
